Recipe: Beet-Root-Choko-Cake

Ich liebe rote Beete – I really love beet root!

Einfach allein schon die Farbe ist eine Sensation! Dieser Kuchen geht schnell wie alle meine Rezepte und er ist mein derzeitiger Lieblingskuchen. Simply the colour alone is a sensation! This cake goes fast like all my recipes and it is my current favourite cake.

Kein Abwiegen, einfach nur mixen, backen und genießen! No weighing, just mix, bake and enjoy!

Solche Kuchen backe ich auch gerne. I really like to bake cakes like that!



  • 2 Middle-Sized Beet-Root (cooked)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Maple-Sirup
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 2 Pinch Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Plant-Based-Milk
  • vegan Pralines or Chocolate of preference


  1. Put all ingredience except for the pralines & flour in your high-performance mixer an mix till you got a nice puree

  2. Fill the puree in a bowl

  3. Stir in the flour, till you have a nice dough

  4. Fill the dough in small baking pans you prefer

  5. Press in 1 or 2 Pralines in the middle of the dough and cover smoothly

  6. and bake 180° (10-15 Minutes)

  7. Let them cool a little, but serve warm
